Job Title:

Cluster Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee seamless operation of multiple centers within designated clusters.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers with a focus on enrollment and placements.
  • Implement programs, oversee center-level activities, manage resources, and foster collaboration to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program execution across clusters.
  • Collaborate with center managers for program alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
  • Enable the implementation of execution plans to adhere to project mandates and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with process metrics and quality standards while seeking opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to enhance cluster impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational requirements.
  • Participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback.
People Management:
  • Train and mentor center managers and support staff.
  • Foster a positive work culture, provide leadership and support for professional development and teamwork.
  • Optimize productivity levels of reporting teams.
  • Implement performance metrics to assess center operations.
  • Establish attrition reduction and employee satisfaction plans.
Resource Management:
  • Effectively manage budgetary resources to maximize impact.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage project budgets to align resources with program priorities.
Documentation and Quality Assurance:
  • Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and key metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence.
