- Generate reports on team performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment and talent management.
- Manage social media engagement for agents, promoting the company's online presence.
- Maintain discipline and security within the call center.
- Secure and manage call center inventory, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (1-2 years).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Graduate degree in any stream or Management.
- Training in team leading is an advantage.
