Leadership Position

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced professional who will be responsible for leading our center in Aligarh, India. They will take charge of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full control of the allotted center in terms of School outreach, lead collection, calling, and admission.
  • Be the single point of contact between the Centre and HO departments like Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
  • Help the allotted center with day-to-day business operation, coordination with HO and various functions and departments.
  • Have full control of the sales and marketing staff of the allotted center through the Centre Business Head or Business Partner.
  • Report to the top management on the performance of the center.
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
