Job Opportunity: Senior Business Growth Specialist

We seek an accomplished and results-driven professional to spearhead business development initiatives for our US IT staffing division.

This role is focused on identifying, cultivating, and closing deals with new clients, driving expansion of our market presence within the US.

As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and securing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
  • Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships

US Staffing Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Proven track record in successful consultant placements
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
  • Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
