Job Description

As a senior technical specialist, you will oversee firm-wide technology issues and advance knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and support processes. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to coordinate service staff activities.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing advanced training to other technicians and coordinating service staff activities.
  • Referring complex problems to senior technical staff or leadership for resolution.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base on ITSM and collaborating with the service team to solve problems.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on primary support product lines and developing departmental guidelines and operating procedures with IT leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in related support services.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting applications, Microsoft environment, and Windows 10/11.
  • Associate degree in an IT-related field or equivalent education and training.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure certification.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and technical translation.
