Our Fundraising Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser to join our team in driving growth and securing vital partnerships for our organisation.

This role will focus on prospecting, outreach, proposal development, donor engagement, relationship management, events and immersive experiences, and documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Identify and build relationships with potential corporate partners and CSR leads.
    • Develop and implement outreach strategies through cold calling, email campaigns, and other means.
    • Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Support the creation, customization, and presentation of CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
    • Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement:
    • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements, and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences:
    • Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report progress to leadership.
    • Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CSR areas and funding strategies.
