We're Hiring: Growth Marketer (Performance-Based)

At Lascade, we are scaling fast and looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance-driven growth. If you know how to turn budgets into measurable ROI, analyze numbers like a scientist, and collaborate with content & SEO teams to drive exponential growth, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

- Plan, run, and optimize performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.) with clear ROI targets.
- Dive into Google Analytics, Firebase, and other data tools to track, analyze, and improve funnel performance.
- Work closely with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to align growth campaigns across channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and scale what works.
- Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution.
- Ability to collaborate across SEO, content, and product teams to push growth initiatives forward.
- A growth mindset: someone who experiments, learns fast, and scales successful strategies.
