Softroniics is a fast-growing software training institute in Kerala, committed to helping students and professionals upskill in emerging technologies. Were seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who can elevate our paid marketing efforts to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Ads.
- Set up and manage lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Bounce Rate, etc.) to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the content team and design team to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, custom funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel to monitor user behavior and track conversion events.
- Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ad leads are relevant, nurtured, and converted.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates to propose new campaign strategies.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Ability to direct the content team to write persuasive ad copy and communicate creative direction effectively to designers.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, heatmaps, and basic funnel design.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in the education or training sector is a bonus.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with email marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and organic traffic strategy (not mandatory, but a plus).
