What Youll Do
- Plan, run, and optimizeperformance ad campaigns(Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.) with clear ROI targets.
- Dive intoGoogle Analytics, Firebase, and other data toolsto track, analyze, and improve funnel performance.
- Work closely withcontent writers, SEO specialists, and designersto align growth campaigns across channels.
- Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and scale what works.
- Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience inperformance marketingand growth strategies.
- Stronganalytical skillswith comfort in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar tools.
- Hands-on experience withA/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution.
- Ability to collaborate acrossSEO, content, and product teamsto push growth initiatives forward.
- A growth mindset: someone who experiments, learns fast, and scales successful strategies.
