About the Role

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vendors to ensure seamless operations of building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport services.
  • Administering contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and key performance indicators to drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintaining office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records to optimize use and minimize waste.
  • Supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives, such as drills, signage, and ergonomics, in coordination with safety teams.
  • Facilitating office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting with corporate social responsibility events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Producing reports and compliance documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
