Job Overview

We are seeking an Admin & Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day functions, support client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution. The role offers exposure to international operations with our partner and hands-on involvement in our travel business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical
  • Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination
Client & Customer Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients
  • Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained
Growth & Team Readiness
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building
  • Develop leadership skills with the potential to lead a team in the future
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service
  • Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities
  • Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms
