
Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, guests, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external communications, receive and direct calls, and provide updates on call status
- Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and HR/administrative work
- Prepare data related to HR/admin, such as OT, canteen details, and other administrative tasks
- Manage front office supplies, inventory, and guest management
- Welcome guests and visitors, arrange tea/coffee, and drinking water, and facilitate setting arrangements
- Manage pantry stock, crockery items, and chocolate stock against WoW cards
- Check tea invoices monthly and maintain courier records
- Resolve issues related to courier services and maintain library registers and issue books
- Remind employees about due dates and motivate them to read books
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Document scanning, printing, and filing, and arranging appointments, activities, and schedules
- Manage visitor management, guest management, pantry management, and courier management
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in administration, receptionist, or similar work experience preferred
