Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Manage client accounts and relationships, create and deliver presentations, provide customer service, and account management.
- Responsible for managing key client accounts, taking ownership of deliverables while following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
- Coordinate and plan pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities, manage digital marketing and social media content calendar every month.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) with engaging content and regular updates, run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing and Account Management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines, minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
