Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company, Globals Ites Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams across various functions, including finance, marketing, HR, and operations.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the company, working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company is operating within budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee HR and People Functions of Globals.
  • Have a team of competent Techno-Functional people with strong P&L to implement support/do CR's or pilot new product lines.
  • Work closely with GTM, Founder to implement strong commercial profitability.
  • Own the P&L for large strategic customers of Globals.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Continuously improve software delivery processes and practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development process.
  • Meet with and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and requirements are understood and met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, including developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Play a critical role in business development, including identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the company's reach.

Requirements and Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Software Delivery with 10+ years of experience in software project management (preferably with experience in Cybersecurity Domain).
  • Experience managing distributed and remote engineering teams and working with large portfolio of diverse customers and a healthy account book.
  • Proven ability to keep customers engaged, happy and well-attended to - to ensure growth.
  • Commercially savvy and treats a healthy P&L as a top priority. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Project Management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders, and managing relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
