Key Project Lead Architect Role

A highly experienced project lead architect is sought to oversee the comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.

About the Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Direct architecture efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery. Oversee plotting and master planning to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work alongside consultants and sales teams to coordinate stakeholder expectations and project progress.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead weekly review meetings to ensure progress and address challenges.
  • Critical Review: Critically evaluate and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables throughout various stages of project development.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities comply with established standards and protocols.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations for stakeholders.
  • Design Collaboration: Partner with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all designs comply with Indian building codes and relevant regulations.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
  • Design Solutions: Address design-related challenges proactively, offering effective solutions to construction teams.
  • Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover, ensuring completion meets specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in architecture and real estate design management.
