We are seeking an accomplished Financial Director to lead our organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial strategy and planning, with the ability to steer and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

Accounts & Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting aligned with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end, ensuring timely closure.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Taxation & Regulatory:

  • Oversee direct & indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial leadership position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
