AideWiser SolTek is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience through various delight channels.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary focus will be on responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat. You will also need to identify customer needs and help them use specific features, as well as inform customers about new features and functionalities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for data maintenance and reporting using Freshdesk or a similar tool, as well as Google Data Studio or a similar tool with slight knowledge. Good communication skills, fair analytical skills, and energetic operational excellence are essential for success in this role.

We require candidates with up to 2 years of experience as a Customer Chat Support Specialist, preferably in a startup environment. Graduation is mandatory, and we prioritize candidates with relevant startup experience.

This role is ideal for those who can work efficiently, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can maintain high levels of energy throughout the day, we encourage you to apply.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between ₹8,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The role is based in Mumbai (on-site), and notice period is up to 30 days.
