We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Work Store Limited. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that our valued clients receive top-notch experiences.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Data entry in various platforms
**Requirements:**
- At least 1-3 years' relevant work experience
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues
**Estimated Salary:** ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
