Role Overview
">- We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to spearhead our demand generation efforts, driving consistent pipeline growth through strategic experimentation and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
">- Design and execute structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and other channels to identify high-performing marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance data to quickly double down on winning tactics and cut losses, ensuring continuous improvement in pipeline growth.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness and health-focused Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts drive revenue alignment, maximizing return on investment.
- Build foundational playbooks for repeatable demand generation engines, empowering scalable growth initiatives.
- Advise on transitioning experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Requirements
">- At least 5 years of experience in growth or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS environments (bonus points for SMB focus).
- Proficiency in tools like CRM systems, Meta/Google Ads, analytics platforms, and other relevant software.
- A generalist mindset, comfortable running experiments across multiple channels and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Proven track record of transforming experimental efforts into repeatable, scalable growth channels.
- Data-driven approach, scrappy work ethic, and willingness to roll up sleeves when needed.
