We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to spearhead our on-ground business expansion efforts in North India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the region
- Establish key relationships with educational institutions, identifying opportunities for business development
- Conduct on-site visits to universities and student housing communities to foster partnerships
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, leveraging strong negotiation skills
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing expertise in EdTech/SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and success of sales strategies
- Track performance metrics and optimise sales efforts accordingly, driving continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a strong focus on sales and marketing
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in the education sector, preferably with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong network in the education ecosystem, particularly with universities and student housing communities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
