Our company aims to drive growth, enhance retention, and automate engagement for fitness, wellness, healthcare, and lifestyle brands. We've built a Customer Engagement Platform that utilizes AI, CRM, and omnichannel messaging, demonstrating product-market fit.
This role seeks a full-time Growth Marketer who will collaborate with the founder to formulate strategies, test innovative ideas, and identify effective approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and other channels.
- Analyze performance data to swiftly prioritize successes and minimize losses.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based SMBs in the fitness/health sector.
- Work closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Create early playbooks for a repeatable demand generation engine.
- Offer guidance on transitioning experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires.
- At least 5 years of experience in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS, preferably with an SMB focus.
- Hands-on experience with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- A generalist mindset: capable of running experiments across multiple channels.
- A proven track record of taking a company from nothing to success.
- Familiarity with business software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
