Job Title: Performance Marketer - Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses in North America. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns, a proven track record of generating leads, and the ability to launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically launching and managing Google Performance Max campaigns for local and regional SMBs in the USA
  • Developing and implementing effective campaign structures, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Providing weekly reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)

Requirements:

  • A mandatory Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
