Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to spearhead people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build a culture of performance and engagement across our BPO teams.

  • Strategic Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business goals in the BPO vertical by fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention to drive business results.
  • Workforce Challenges: Manage high-volume workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity by analyzing data and implementing targeted solutions.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution with fairness and empathy to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Capability Building: Partner with business teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • HR Analytics: Work on HR analytics – track and analyze key HR metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the central HR team on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cultural Ambassador: Drive company values and ensure high employee morale in a 24/7 work environment by promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements
  • 3–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proven experience in handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees).
  • Strong understanding of BPO workforce dynamics including shift operations, high attrition, and engagement challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and frontline employees alike.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
