Customer Service Specialist

The role involves communicating with customers via calls to address their queries, resolve concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are an asset).
  • A compassionate, customer-centric approach - you genuinely want to help.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or tele-calling is beneficial but not mandatory.
