**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for our industrial products. This role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in B2B sales and corporate strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and client sales skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in direct sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
