Business Development Specialist

HCDS Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with organizations to transform their policies, people, processes, projects, and practices using innovative cloud solutions. Your focus will be on delivering solutions and services in business analytics, cloud innovation, migration, learning, and software development, aiming to make a social impact through dynamic re-skilling and next-gen practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with target stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand their pain points and needs.
  • Use sentiment analysis and natural language processing to gain a deeper understanding of their perspectives.

Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Collect data from reliable sources and analyze trends and technological transitions.
  • Conduct market and people analytics to inform product development.

Gen AI Deployment:
  • Explore and implement Gen AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various project tasks such as data analysis, content creation, and automation.

Dashboard Creation:
  • Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize data and provide insights for stakeholders.

Big Data Analysis:
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets and identify patterns or trends.

Functional Analytics:
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of products or solutions to identify areas for improvement.

Excel and Power BI Proficiency:
  • Practice and enhance skills in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with stakeholders through various channels to gather feedback, provide updates, and build relationships.

Meetup/Event Administration:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events such as workshops, conferences, or product launches.

Reporting and Decision Making:
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing findings and insights.
  • Contribute to decision-making processes based on data-driven analysis.

Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through research, training, and professional development activities.

More Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Develop candidate profiles based on analysis, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential fit for different roles.
  • Identify suitable internship opportunities for candidates based on their profiles and organizational requirements.
  • Assist the managing partner in processing individual applications, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the ATS system.
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, providing information about internship opportunities, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
  • Create and explain the terms and conditions for internships, ensuring applicants understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing internship experiences and key learnings.

Technical Skills Must-Haves:
  • Social Media Sentiment Analysis: Analyze social media data to understand public opinion and brand sentiment.
  • Customer Churn Prediction: Develop models to predict customer churn and implement retention strategies.
  • Fraud Detection and Risk Management: Build systems to detect fraudulent transactions and mitigate financial risks.
  • Image Recognition for Retail Applications: Implement image recognition for product classification and recommendation systems.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) Applications: Develop NLP-based applications like chatbots, sentiment analysis, or text summarization.
  • Predictive Maintenance using Sensor Data: Analyze sensor data from equipment to predict potential failures and schedule maintenance.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Development: Design interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics and KPIs.
  • Marketing Campaign Optimization with A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Time Series Forecasting for Demand Prediction: Apply time series forecasting techniques to predict future demand for products or services.
  • Data Visualization Techniques for Effective Storytelling: Use compelling data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
