
Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an Executive. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and contributing to the company's overall success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR-related functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up support.
- Collaborate with management and leadership teams to address and resolve HR-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards, during hiring and recruitment processes.
- Communicate with HR management regarding employee relations concerns.
- Respond to employee inquiries, requests, and concerns related to company programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Disseminate relevant information to employees on employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies.
- Review and maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s.
- Assist with logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls and recorded messages.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating/coaching employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to safety and security protocols.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to established company standards.
- Communicate effectively using clear and professional language, responding to telephones with proper etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals and addressing employee concerns.
- Access and enter work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
Work Experience: At least one year of related work experience and one year of supervisory experience are essential.
License or Certification: None required.
