Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist\Entities:
  • Develop and implement long-term recruiting strategies to source top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System, focusing on resume review and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, including job fairs, to connect with potential candidates.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department to ensure adequate resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
