Dynamic Talent Acquisition Role

Our organization seeks a highly motivated individual to join our Global Creator Network team as a dynamic talent acquisition specialist.

  • Identify and compile comprehensive lists of content creators, influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Establish connections with these creators, negotiate collaboration costs, and maintain a continually updated database for seamless access.
  • Develop and oversee the management of an extensive repository of creator data for swift campaign activations.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to reach out to influencers as needed for ongoing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain accurate databases of influencers incorporating relevant data metrics like engagement rates and subscriber counts.
  • Continuously identify emerging talents on multiple social channels.
Required Skills:
  • Strong grasp of current entertainment industry trends and nuances.
  • Knowledge of digital media landscapes on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and ability to understand Indian creator dynamics.
  • Capacity to learn rapidly and support teams in meeting short deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic learner, eager to conduct thorough research and develop innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent research skills for identifying potential influencers and tracking industry developments.
  • Prior experience working with bloggers, artists, or talent is advantageous.
  • Ability to create groundbreaking influencer marketing campaigns that stand out in crowded markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube, and experience creating engaging content for these platforms.
