**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy**:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Employ creative approaches to talent sourcing and proactively build a talent pipeline for future positions.

Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as required by the position.

**Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to work.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position, [working hours].
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist may occasionally be required to attend job fairs, networking events, or industry conferences.
- The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and HR team members.
- Training and support will be provided to ensure proficiency in using the organization's recruitment tools and processes.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
