
Client Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our organization in a client servicing role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective campaign execution. They will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. They will also have a strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
The selected candidate will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, and at least 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
- Marketing Strategy: Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing/advertising strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
- Account Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
