Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate with 3-6 years of experience to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound prospecting and managing a sales pipeline for professional services
  • Nurturing leads to offer accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation services

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core accounting principles and a proven ability to use a consultative approach to build relationships and close new deals.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new client relationships and serving as a subject matter expert to close deals.

Desired Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and providing initial consultations to potential clients
  • Ability to understand and apply consultative methodologies to identify client needs and position financial services as a strategic advantage
