Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting branch growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the branch

  • Manage resources for driver, gunman & custodian hubs

  • Plan routes, assign duties, and conduct audits

  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended

  • Implement and monitor operations in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes by the team

  • Assist ATM Executive with collecting, collating, recording & reporting day-to-day operations

  • Maintain hassle-free operations by administering requirements for availability during operations

  • Prepare crew rosters as per route dispatch time

  • Maintain hardcopy records of Takeover & Handover of ATMs

  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations

  • Dispatch routes from Branch/Vault Office in a timely manner

  • Follow up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodians for ATMs Replenishment

  • Brief the team on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and industry standards
