Job Description

As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management principles, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive guest satisfaction and achieve business targets.
  • Oversee property operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
