Senior Manager – HRIS Job Description

Lead a team to design, implement and manage Workday configurations that support business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Job Summary: The Senior Manager will oversee the development of scalable solutions across Workday modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop architectural designs for Workday tenant configurations.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes and ensure security design and access controls meet compliance standards.
  4. Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
  5. Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HRIS solution architecture and design.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules and configuration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
