Job Opportunity

The Network and Cyber Security Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include resource planning, staffing, cost estimation, budget development, cost control, implementing service improvement strategies, career development, succession management, employee retention, motivation, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, overseeing 350+ professionals.
  • Develop and improve strategy in alignment with Service Line goals.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver services.
  • Drive operational excellence, analyzing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global team to share best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Support career path creation to increase organizational skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

Candidates should have several years of IT experience, preferably in network or cyber security, with leadership or management experience. A deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry is also required, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices, including process improvement and quality management.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Change Management: Experience managing change and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: In a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial.
