Software Engineering Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in developing innovative solutions using Java and Spring Boot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and mentoring junior engineers.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience in software development and project management, with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms. They should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, as well as object-oriented analysis and design skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms)
  • Must have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  • Object oriented analysis and design skills
  • Strong understanding on n-tier web architecture, workflow and security
  • Successful prior experience in end-to-end project management using SCRUM/Agile
  • Proven Experience in designing and/or developing Solutions based on Products/Packages
  • Experience in User Interface Design and Usability or Information Architecture/Data Modeling
  • Experience in Product/Package deployment, implementation, and support will be a big plus
  • Excellent team management skills (at least 10 -12 members)
