We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and responsive support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve common goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high secondary or 10+2 diploma with 3 years' experience in a related field; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience
- Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An unerring attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
