Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for shipping vendors, coordinating logistics and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in e-commerce operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
