We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our customer service team.

About the Role:

This position involves providing support to customers through multi-lingual voice campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and other regional languages, including Hindi and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain adaptability in the project environment.
  • Develop strong communication and analytical skills to handle customer calls effectively.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of MS Excel to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while working closely with cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
