Job Summary

We seek an experienced leader to own and drive planning and performance cycle in our team managing budgets providing analytical insights and tracking targets and productivity.

Detailed Responsibilities

Planning & Performance Cycle (PPC)

  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting process ensuring Policy adherence and reviews.
  • Leading key planning cycles including 3-Year Plan 1-Year Plan and other critical initiatives in the team.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprints organization structures and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Analyzing budget breakdowns by various cuts and providing recommendations.
  • Applying organization design principles to optimize structure design.
  • Collaborating with the PPC and Rewards Lead to set up metrics and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs in the team. Acting as Project Manager Office (PMO) to lead projects for the team.

Talent Strategy & Culture (TSC)

  • Implementing Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global standards.
  • Defining tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the team.
  • Bringing in best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Driving a mindset of high performance and challenging the status quo.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • MBA from a top-tier Business School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
