
Digital Change Leadership Role

Transformative leadership is at the forefront of our organization's vision. As a Senior Manager Technology Transformation, you will be responsible for championing strategic initiatives that drive impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and technology acumen, with a proven track record of spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives. They will also have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, as well as the ability to influence without authority.
A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. Additionally, the candidate should have 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience and 1+ year in transformation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex, high-priority projects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges on multifaceted initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior products and services.
- Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through regular coaching, development planning, and navigating the complexities of a global, matrixed organization.
- Effectively guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.
- Anticipate and articulate the impacts of change, providing clear communication to support the successful transition and sustainability of new processes.
- Serve as a key change agent, championing adoption of innovative practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Deliver comprehensive analysis of current and future state workstreams, clearly articulating the value and impact of proposed solutions to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience including:
- 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high performing and engaged teams.
- 1+ years in transformation experience in people, process or technology transformation.
- Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
- Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives, encompassing areas such as inclusion and belonging, skills development, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and overall talent optimization.
- Experience leading the people side of change for technologists.
- Proven experience leveraging customer insights and feedback to continuously refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
- Experience working to define, collaborate and deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Experience communicating with a wide spectrum of cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, and influencing without authority.
- Strong business and technology acumen.
- Organizational agility.
