Chief Digital Transformation Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to drive business growth through digital innovation and strategic technology leadership.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint), and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, IT compliance (ISO 27001:2022), disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement IT solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while managing vendors and service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving digital transformation, strategic thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
