Digital Transformation HR Leader

Are you an innovative and forward-thinking HR professional looking to drive transformation in the way a company manages its human resources? We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our digitization and implementation of a cutting-edge HRMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of HRMS, from integration to go-live.

  • Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for seamless execution.

  • Map existing HR processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues along with SLA.

  • Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels.

  • Act as the HRMS champion to drive digital-first culture and employee self-service adoption.

  • Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations (attendance, payroll interface, leave management, employee lifecycle, etc.) through digital platforms.

  • Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.

  • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.

  • Serve as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives.

Education Qualification:

Graduate (technical background preferred) + MBA in HR from a reputable institute.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with employee strength of at least 1,000+.

Proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation (preferably People Strong).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong HR process knowledge (payroll, attendance, talent management, performance management, etc.).

Good understanding of HR technology, integrations, and process automation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data.

Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
