Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to drive our business forward by overseeing strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Develop long-term plans, annual goal-setting, and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Oversight of end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
  • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams such as product, operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to inform key decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
