We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to drive our business forward by overseeing strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem-solving techniques.
- Develop long-term plans, annual goal-setting, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Oversight of end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
- Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams such as product, operations, finance, and marketing.
- Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to inform key decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
- 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
- Operational Excellence: Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in SQL & Excel is a plus.
