**Job Title:** Senior Manager Training**Job Summary:

A seasoned professional with a strong background in Insurance & Financial Planning will lead the integrated Sales & Training team across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to assessing learning and development needs, effectively aligning programs/interventions with business objectives, and creating/executing Training Modules in Bank Relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver impactful Training to Banca/Axis sellers and Max Life Employees as per defined Man Days.
  • Provide relevant training inputs and sales support to Banca/Axis and Max Life sellers - 2 days devoted towards Training of Max Life employees.
  • Ensure Post-Training online certification through Inquizzitive of sellers on trained modules to be completed once a quarter.
  • Conduct Refresher training before certification and follow up with failed candidates.
  • Create a robust Training team in the circle by skilling identified sales people to manage training requirements of their clusters/branches.
  • Drive traffic to E-Learning platforms/Microsites to leverage technology for maximum reach.
  • Ensure measures of quality of business in Circle/mapped branches are above standards.
  • Guarantee SPs in 100% of branches and all regulatory records maintained audit-ready.
  • Traction data on performance, publish MIS, dashboard, calendars, EDMs etc. timely and effectively in coordination with Bank Circle Office.
  • Organize and present Skill, Knowledge, and compliance-based training programs for the entire patch at regular intervals.
Measures of Success:
  • Imparting Training: Average of 12 Man days of Training Banca/Axis and Max Life.
  • Refresher Training: 80% of RA/ASM clearing quarterly certification.
  • Ensuring right training inputs: 90% Employees across vertical attending Induction training.
  • Activation: Inactive Seller Activation 30%.
  • Product Mix: As per plan.
  • Red Branches: Turnaround of Red Branches as per plan.
  • Persistency: 82.5%.
  • Ensuring SPs in branches: 100% branches with 1 SP and 75% branches with 2 SP.
