Senior Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Tax professional to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive growth within our Transaction Tax division.

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to expand service offerings, leveraging ownership traits to lead, grow, and manage the business of this division.
  • Develop new products/s within the Transaction Tax division, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments.
  • Oversee quality of client deliverables on matters of M&A Tax/Transaction Tax Advisory, Direct Taxation (Domestic & International), Corporate Tax Planning, and Strategic Issues.
  • Mentor and manage a team, mobilizing them to meet allocated deliverables and promote thought leadership within the Firm.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualified CA/LLB with experience in rendering M&A Tax/Direct Tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services at reputable Consulting/Law Firms/Large Corporates.
  • Ability to grasp client's business dynamics, industry-specific challenges, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong Networking & Business Development skills, leveraging social media platforms to represent the firm and promote thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication, personality, and presentation skills for Client Interactions, including with leadership level.
  • Proven record in delivering excellence, developing strong teams, leveraging technology, and growing divisions.
