Job Title: Senior Leadership Position

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of education counselors and team leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of team leaders and education counselors to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality
  • Drive sales closures and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through effective sales strategies and performance management
  • Monitor team performance through regular productivity reports and present progress to senior management
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing timely support and solutions
  • Utilize CRM systems and databases for lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion management
  • Explore new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and innovative strategies
