Lead Fundraising and Communications Strategist

This senior leadership role oversees the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive fundraising and brand communication strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the Fund Development & Communication strategy to achieve long-term sustainability objectives.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with local, national, and international donors and stakeholders to enhance the organization's visibility and influence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 15–17 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications, preferably in the development/non-profit sector.

This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
