Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance to oversee all accounting and financial operations within the company. The role will involve developing, maintaining, and ensuring the adequacy of accounting and financial control systems, providing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accounting and financial control systems
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage a team
  • Familiarity with FEMA operations and demat operations
  • High level of proficiency in using Tally ERP for bookkeeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting qualification, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience at a senior management level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
